A good appointment

I had my second attempt at a cardiac appointment today and despite being 20 minutes later after encountering every roadwork and rotten tractor that ever existed, i went straight in yay.

The Valve is working perfectly and he couldnt believe the difference in me since last year, my blood pressure is normal, its never been normal its always been low. The only think i have to do is get my thyroid tested as he feels this is a more likely cause of the puffy ankles and fingers, it could also account for the huge amount of weight ive put on without actually eating very much. Wouldnt that be good if thats the case lol.

Well ive been given 12 months until i need to go back so im a very happy person tonight xxx
