Another One Done

Well we are almost at the end of another year and boy has it gone quickly. Its been another roller coaster ride with some really good things happening and some really awful dark days too. My boy has had yet another OHS and come through it amazingly that was back in March and he seems to have grown up so much since then, he has had lots of problems with his weight but now has a g peg so hopefully he will now grow big and strong. Its nice in one way knowing we start the year for the first time without the threat of surgery for Sam on the horizon but also very very scarey that now they have done all that can be done and we have to now hope and pray he gets to his teens so can be considered for a transplant. But all in all a good year for Sam.

As the year is on its last legs my thoughts turn to James who lost his brave fight for life this year, James although only tiny was such an inspiration, such a brave boy as is his mum, Kerri you amazed me with your strength and courage I just wish James could of stayed with his brother and sister. Fly High Little Man and may you always have fun in the Angels Playground.

Well none of us know what the new year brings although some of us face surgery either for ourselves or for our little ones. My wish for this year is that we are all safe this time next year and our year has more laughs than tears.
